Howl.gg has a provably fair, so results of each jackpot, coinflip rounds and giveaways can be verified. It is generating their own server seed and they are using random.org to generate second seed. Both these seeds are used to generate winning percentage. The hash of both seeds combined is given, which can be used after the round ends to check if the results are matching by generating new hash from revealed seeds and compare it to the hash given at the start of the round, if it matches with a newly generated hash, then results were not changed.
